Kara has been a hairstylist since 2001. She opened Hush Hush Bang Bang in 2008, and was dubbed Orange County's first Eco friendly salon, by Environmental Magazine, as well as Riviera Magazine. In 2012, the salon had outgrown their space, so she relocated into a space 3x's larger, but still maintained her Eco friendly integrity. Kara specializes in cuts, color, color correction and extensions. Kara believes that continuing education is key to staying current on trends, as well as staying focused on what is important; client satisfaction! Kara feels extremely blessed to have such amazing and talented stylists on the Hush Hush team.” It truly feels like family here, which is what the clients love the most.”

Allison began styling hair on her friends as far back as Jr high, but she met her mentor in high school. Inspired by this amazing stylist, Allison began her career in 2001. She likes to keep with current trends by leafing through magazines and following social media. To learn new techniques, Allison continuously takes classes. She feels lucky to have willing clients to try her newly learned techniques. Allison specializes in color, cuts, extensions and wedding hair. Her goal as a hairstylist is to make her clients happy and “like a whole new person!”, when they leave the salon.

Amanda has been working in the hair and make-up industry since 2010, but has had a passion for it since she was in high school, getting all of her friends ready for school dances and football games. She graduated in cosmetology from Goldenwest College, but continued to train with some of Orange County's top stylists before becoming an independent hair and make up artist. Amanda makes it a priority to continue educating herself by taking 1-2 classes per month to stay up on all the current trends in the ever-changing beauty industry. When she's not working behind the chair, she is on set doing photoshoots, commercial shoots, or a fabulous wedding! Amanda specializes in both special occasion and bridal make up as well as hair color, updos, and extensions. As a stylist, her clients are her main priority. She makes sure to listen carefully and take the time to find the best way to meet her clients needs. Her goal is to have every client feel as beautiful and confident as possible when they leave her chair. Nothing makes Amanda happier than helping people see their inner beauty shine on the outside!

Andrea has been in the hair industry since 2002. Andrea has worked and trained with some of the industries most talented stylist. In 2009 Andrea shared her passion and talent by becoming an extension educator, teaching stylist the artistry of hair extensions. Andrea's extension expertise focus in Keratin Tips, Micro beads, and Sew-in Wefts. Andrea also excels Blowouts, Styling, Men and Women's Haircuts, Keratin Treatments, and Color Techniques. Andrea prides herself on making sure each client leaves her chair looking and feeling amazing!

Brianna’s love for hair and beauty started at young age, turning her home kitchen into her own beauty salon. But it wasn’t until high school career day, while attending a salon presentation that she knew she wanted to become a hairstylist. Brianna received her Cosmetology License in 2010 and loving every minute of it. As a stylist, Brianna prides on continuously improving her craft by attending advanced educationally classes. She pulls daily inspiration through social media, following top hairstylist, fashion and beauty bloggers. Brianna specializes in coloring (blondes & fashion colors), haircuts (long layers) and men’s haircuts, as well as makeup. Her goal as a stylist is to make every guest who sits in her chair look and feel as beautiful as possible.

Cathy loves the freedom to create and express art through hair. She officially started her career in 1999, but it really began in high school when she would do all her friends hair in her kitchen for school dances. Cathy continues to grow as a stylist by taking classes to learn new techniques and by capturing inspiration from other stylist and Pinterest. As a trend follower, she specializing in color, cutting and extensions, but truly LOVES color! Her goal as a stylist is to earn a clients trust and make them feel comfortable so she can create the perfect look/style that they will love. Cathy also wants to equip them with the right products and skills it takes to recreate that same look so they feel confident and beautiful when they leave her chair.

Clover has always had a passion for creativity. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be in a creative ‘hands on’ industry. She started her career as a hairstylist in early 2007. Clover believes in continual education and strives to stay on the forefront of her field by attending quarterly product and styling seminars lead by the industries top artist. Her inspiration comes from her fellow peers and leading artists, as well as current/past trends and styles. Clover has mastered basic techniques such as cuts for men and women and styling, but her specialty is in color where she utilizes a variety of palates to create vivids, natural, and highlights on her clients. She also specializes in long hair and extensions, using tape in, sew in, and individuals techniques. Clover prides herself on making sure every client leaves the salon relaxed, happy and excited to return!

Courtney has had a passion for hair and makeup since the days of cutting her own bangs as a toddler and giving her Barbie's makeovers with markers. In 2007 she officially embarked on an official career in hair and makeup. Courtney continually takes classes to stay current in trends. She finds her inspiration from people's unique natural beauty and her hope is to enhance and help you embrace yourself. Courtney specializes in numerous areas such as: balayage, color correction, blondes, precision cutting, updos and braids, tape in extensions, bridal makeup, and high fashion makeup. She works both behind the chair and on location. As a stylist Courtney's goal everyday is for her clients to feel confident and beautiful when they look in the mirror. Eunice began her styling career in 2000, after attending college for 4 years studying to be an RN. However, her heart was in making people feel good about themselves, and she always embraced creativity. So after great contemplation, she decided to end her nursing career and pursue cosmetology. She is inspired by her clients, listening to their ideas and adding her touch of creativity to achieve their desired look. Eunice says “staying current in this industry is a must!” She keeps up with pop culture and tracking what styles are evolving as well as keeping current on color and extension trends. She takes classes to learn trendy techniques to achieve requests desired by her clients. Eunice specializes in color and extensions. Her client goal is to always keep a good line of communication and goes the extra mile to make their experience the very best experience possible.

Gina has a love for the beauty and skincare industry. For as long as she can remember, she enjoyed working on her friend’s makeup and giving them skincare advice. Gina knew from a young age that she wanted to be in the beauty and skincare business and in 1982 she received her Esthetician license. Inspired everyday by her job and her clients, Gina’s goal is to make people feel good in their own skin. “I never get tired of people loving how their skin feels after a facial or watching them look at themselves in the mirror after lash extensions-- it's a guaranteed smile! Gina constantly explores new techniques and the best skin care products to suit her clients. She specializes in facials, brow waxing and shaping, threading/tweezing, eyelash extensions, spray tan and ear piercing. Gina thrives to make sure each client leaves her room feeling confident and more beautiful than they already are.

Katrina began her career in 2001 when she found the need to combine her passion with family life. Taryn became a stylist in 2010 and has been passionate about all things hair ever since. She believes education is number one and continues to take advanced classes throughout the year. When not doing hair in the salon she loves working NYFW and other runway shows.
