Hush Hush Bang Bang opened on August 12, 2008. Salon owners, Kara Walston and her husband Wade, designed and constructed the salon themselves. In planning the salon space, they researched and employed as many recycled products as possible and kept an eye and mind toward sustainability throughout the project.
The majority of Kara's stylist have worked together for over 15 years, making everyone at Hush Hush Bang Bang truly one big family. Clients who visit the salon are always commenting, "It's like being in one big living room spending time with friends when I come to your salon".
We pride ourselves in creating a fun and friendly atmosphere that men and women of all ages can feel right at home in our comfortable ambiance! Our Stylists are highly educated and are continuously evolving with today's top trends by frequently attending educational classes to further their in-depth knowledge of the hair and fashion industry.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that all services may vary in price depending on the stylist and scope of service(s) performed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are more than happy to offer a complimentary adjustment within 24-72hrs of when you were initially seen. Also be aware that results may vary and certain desired looks may take more than 1 session to achieve
In order to reserve an appointment with Hush Hush Bang Bang a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide more than 24 hours notice. This will enable for another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to offer that slot to other people. Service appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call to cancel will be considered as a NO SHOW and are subject to a $50.00 no show fee. Our cancellation policy is enforced if an appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled within 24 hours of your reservation. In the event you are running more than 25 minutes late, please be advised we may or may not be able to accommodate your service as it may inconvenience the stylist daily schedule of appointments. This would be considered a missed appointment in which you will be subject to a fee of 30% of your scheduled service cost.
RETURN//EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS/REFUNDS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase in order to be eligible for a full money back return. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unused items that exceed 14 days from original purchase date OR that appear used and/or damaged are eligible for exchange OR store credit only. ALL JEWELRY, CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.
EXCHANGES/STORE-CREDIT
If you purchase a product and feel it is not providing the results desired and/or simply dislike it, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange it for another item OR receive store credit toward a future purchase. Used products that are purchased within a 30 day window that exceed 50% or more in consumption are subject to receive NO return, exchange OR store credit. Used travel sized products are not eligible for return, exchange OR store credit.
